General FTP site

The general NW Numerics ftp site is at ftp://ftp.nwnumerics.com/pub which is navigable with common web browsing software. Customers with private ftp access need to use a separate login and password for finding their specific directories.

With some browsers access can be made with a URL formatted with the username and password such as:

   ftp://login:password@ftp.nwnumerics.com/

However Microsoft's Internet Explorer is not currently one which works because of a security problem they have had with faked URLs of this type. Windows users can use another dedicated FTP tool in order to access those accounts.
